Delivery is within 1 working day, sometimes same day.

Our store is located on the 1st floor (middle floor) of Stephen's Green Shopping Centre (a few doors up from TK Maxx).

United Kingdom:
Delivery is free for orders €120+ 
Track & Trace Delivery is €12.95 for orders under €120

EU:

Shipping

Your order will be typically dispatched the next working day. We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been sent. All orders will be packed in discreet packaging.

Orders that are received before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day but when possible, will also be dispatched on the same day.

Please note our free delivery and track & trace delivery options are tracked and will require a signature therefore we suggest you choose a delivery address where someone will be there to receive the items ordered.

 

Import Duty / Customs Charges

If you are placing an order for delivery outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Notes:

• Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

• We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods on all packages and cannot mark items as gifts.

• Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

By placing an international order, you agree to accept these potential charges and understand that we cannot refund orders returned to us due to unpaid customs duties.
