We will exchange the goods or refund you (excluding delivery cost) within 21 days. Simply return items to us unopened, in their original condition. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights – as extended by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Items must be sent back to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please note that due to delicate nature of the product and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on all hosiery and underwear once the packaging has been opened.
In the unlikely event the goods you receive are faulty or an error has occurred in your order all the delivery costs to and from you will be refunded.
To return items to us please package them carefully, enclose your name, address, contact number, email address and order number and put the package in the post. Please use a recorded delivery service. Once we have received your return, we will analyse the damage/fault, if it is deemed a manufactural fault we will issue you a full refund or exchange the item if you prefer. We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
**Please note items that have been damaged by your finger/toe nails are not regarded as faulty.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to being in their original condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
STORE RETURNS
We will exchange/credit returns within 21 days of receipt. Item must to be in original condition with packaging/tags intact. Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on all hosiery and under-wear once packaging has been opened. Only if the item is faulty, we can issue a refund. Receipt of purchase needs to be produced for returns. This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
