We accept payments by both credit and debit cards through secure payment methods from Shopify and PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account).
Your goods will be dispatched once we receive your payment.
Once you place your order on our website a confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email. This is just to state that your order has been received and will be processed, it does not mean you have paid.
Delivery is free for orders of €40+
Standard Delivery is €3.95
Track & Trace Delivery is €6.95
Delivery between 1 – 3 working days
Rest of the World:
Delivery is €9.95 which covers post, packaging and processing.
Delivery between 3 – 14 working days (depending on your location).
Click & Collect (Dublin):
Our store pick-up option is free.
Delivery within 1 working day, sometimes same day.
Due to current COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions, our pick-up times are reduced to the following:
Tuesday to Friday: 12pm - 6pm*
Saturday to Monday: CLOSED
*Please note staff will not be in store for all of the above hours (hours depend on when customers can pick up their order).
If you are a click & collect customer please notify us on when you plan to pick up your order by responding to "your order is ready for collection" email.
Please wear a face covering and have your order number ready when calling to our store.
Our store is located on the 1st floor (middle floor) of Stephen's Green Shopping Centre (a few doors up from TK Maxx).
Your order will be typically dispatched the next working day. We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been sent. All orders will be packed in discreet packaging.
Orders that are received before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day but when possible, will also be dispatched on the same day.
Please note depending on the size of your letterbox, packages which exceed the size of a standard letterbox may have to be collected from your local postage depot. Therefore if you have ordered a number of items we suggest you choose a delivery address where someone will be there to receive the items ordered.

DUE TO COVID-19 WE MAY NEED TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A DIFFERENT RETURN ADDRESS.
We will exchange the goods or refund you (excluding delivery cost) within 21 days. Simply return items to us unopened, in their original condition. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights – as extended by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Items must be sent back to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please note that due to delicate nature of the product and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on all hosiery and underwear once the packaging has been opened.
If there is the unlikely event that goods you receive are faulty or we make an error in your order all the delivery costs to and from you will be refunded.
To return items to us please package them carefully, enclose your name, address, contact number, email address and order number and put the package in the post. Please use a recorded delivery service. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund (or exchange the items for others if you prefer.) We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to being in their original condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
The personal information we collect may include your name, address, contact details. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This information is used to help improve the site.
The personal information collected on the site will be used to provide services you requested. We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including new products and promotions in our store. We aim to always respond to all enquiries within 24 hours either resolving the complaint or establishing a timescale for its resolution. We always strive to resolve complaints within three working days.

In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock we will email you to inform you of the expected delivery time to check that this is acceptable.
The prices shown in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed shall apply exclusively to the products ordered via the TIGHTS DEPT. online hosiery store. All prices include the applicable rate of value added tax.
If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even if we have already sent you confirmation of your order. We will tell you of the correct price and you may decide whether to cancel your order or order the product at the correct price.

While we endeavour to ensure that the website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
